Okay, the easiest way I was taught to do it is to cross your eyes, staring at the centre between two photos. Slowly let your eyes uncross, and pause when there appears to be one image. If you move your head a little while maintaining that same "cross eyed" level, the image should be 3d.

it doesnt work for me since i wear glasses *sob*

I wear glasses and it works just fine for me... just cross your eyes until the features line up, then let your eyes come into focus
